![]() Support kindly reset the license key on their server and this gave me the confidence to start troubeshooting in earnest (which I'd resisted since it could involve switching operating systems and so on.) I am pleased to report that I have successfully activated Resolve Studio now, and that in my case there was a satisfying explanation for the problem which was my own fault/responsibility. I use Free Software in combination with Resolve, and I am at your service to help, advising anyone who needs it in advance, thank you very much I apologize for the length of the exhibition. ![]() the logic of this issue leads me to think that if I deactivate Resolve on my other machine (Windows), this can lead to a solution, but you will understand that I fear losing both machines for Davinci Studio. I clarify that I am not sure about this, and therefore I restarted my Linux installation from 0, but the problem persists. But, I am afraid, based on the information I have consulted, that it is a problem in the Blackmagic database on Resolve licenses. I have tried the methods discussed in the forum (VPN, another Ethernet, Etc). ![]() Displays message: "There was an error when attempting to perform the activation". But I had to re-install the system on Linux, and now the Resolve Studio installer does not allow me to enter an activation key. I have a Resolve Studio License, (thanks to my BMPCC-6K bought this year) and I have Studio installed on two machines (one Windows and the other Linux). ![]()
